Website Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of mmllaw.co.uk, the website of Muir Myles Laverty, trading as MML Law (“MML”, “we”, “us”), Meadowplace Building, Bell Street, Dundee DD1 1EJ. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Information, not advice
The information on this website is general information about the law in Scotland and our services. It is not legal or financial advice about your circumstances, and you should not rely on it as if it were. The law changes and every situation is different. Please speak to us before acting, or deciding not to act, on anything you read here.
Contacting us does not make you a client
Sending us an enquiry, a message or a valuation or viewing request through this website does not create a solicitor and client relationship. We only act for you once we have agreed to do so and confirmed that in writing, usually in a letter of engagement setting out our terms of business.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information about a legal matter through the website until we have agreed to act for you.
Financial services
MML Law is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide regulated financial advice. Where regulated advice is needed, we introduce clients to Ali Tod at Scott Fyffe Wealth Management Ltd, who are authorised and regulated by the FCA.
Property listings
Property details, prices, photographs and floor plans are provided in good faith to help you decide whether to view a property. They are not an offer or part of a contract, and measurements and descriptions are approximate. Please check anything that matters to you, and ask your solicitor to confirm it before you commit.
Online payments
Payments made through this website are processed by Lloyds Bank Cardnet on its own secure page. Please make sure the invoice reference and amount are correct. If you think a payment has been taken in error, contact us.
