Accessibility Statement

MML Law wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, magnification, voice control or a keyboard instead of a mouse. This statement covers mmllaw.co.uk and explains how accessible it is today.

How accessible this website is

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This website partially meets that standard. We know some parts are difficult to use, and they are listed below. We are building a new website that fixes these problems, and we will update this statement when it launches.

Known issues

• Online payments: card details are entered on Lloyds Bank Cardnet’s own payment page, which we do not control. If you have any difficulty paying online, call us on 01382 206000 and we will take your payment another way.
• Home Reports, property schedules and floor plans are PDF or image files produced by third parties and may not work well with assistive technology.

How we tested this website

This website was tested on 26 September 2026. Every page listed in our sitemap was checked with the axe-core automated accessibility tool against WCAG 2.2 level AA, at desktop and mobile widths. On 26 September 2026 we fixed the problems that test found, including text contrast, link and button names, headings, form labels, list markup, touch target sizes and pages that scrolled sideways on phones; a repeat test then found no failures. The remaining issues above involve content from third parties. Automated tools do not find every problem, and the site has not been tested by disabled people using their own assistive technology.

This statement was prepared on 26 September 2026. We will review it at least once a year, and when our new website launches.
